i’ve just watched ‘Young People Fucking’. what? no. bukan bokep. YPF itu film indie yg juga official selection di Toronto International Film Festival. yes, it contains a lot of boobs-expose and vulgarity, pretty much alike with sex and the city (if u watch the series on DVD). a type of movie you won’t see in ‘bioskop-bioskop kesayangan anda’, ever (or maybe you will, but you won’t even understand the story because most of the scene were cut out by the holly badan sensor film).

what I think after seeing this movie is that.. it’s funny how human relationship somehow revolves around sex. doing it, not doing it. doing it with ppl u love, doing it with anything with breast (yes, I’m being a li’l bit gender here, sue me!). start doing it, stop doing it. pro to PMS, cont to PMS. whether you do it or not, either way a relationship will surely revolves around sex.
in a country with culture like Indonesia, sex even -in many case- has been the famous reason for ppl to get married. to legalize sex, a marriage is. (no, luckily I’m not one of them)
ok, kembali ke laptop film tadi. this movie has unique way to visualizes the facts that sex is happening among us and for some cases it took ppl to a lot of places/stages of relationships.
I’m not getting close to the point why I’m writing about this let alone the goal, I know. but what I’m trying to say is… well I don’t really know what I’m trying to say. I just wanna say that I’ve watched this movie and I like it. not encouraging ppl to watched it, though (I don’t want any FPI or whatever it is bang on my front door and write ‘SINNER’ on all of my pictures and burn them).
oh yes, one more thing. DON’T fuck your ex. whether it’s your ex husband/wife or ex boy/girlfriend. if you watched this movie, you’ll know why. trust me, you better not. just like Sam said on one of SNTC episodes, "Sex with an ex can be depressing. If it’s good you can’t get it anymore. If it’s bad you just had sex with an ex."
